2019 LITERARY TITAN AWARD WINNER:
He was the only one for me. When I close my eyes I still see the way he looked at me all those years ago. The way it felt to have someone so amazing in my life, especially after my parents, abandoned me. The bond that only a childhood friend could understand. He was my balance and never let me fall But I lied to him…She was my better half. I remember the fear she hid under her smile when I met her. There were so many adventures that we lived a hundred lifetimes in our minds. She was the reason I got up in the morning. She was my gravity and kept me grounded. But then she lied…He kept my heart when I broke his.I was never going to see him again. He would always hate me, even if he knew the truth. It would be better this way. If only he hadn’t kept my heart. She threw my heart away when I wanted her to have it the most.
She ruined every memory that we made with a simple sentence. My life would be better without her. If only she hadn’t kept my heart.
At forty-thousand feet the Earth shifted, and planets aligned. My world came into focus and for once I was no longer unsteady and ready to fall. As the wings of the plane drifted over the icy cold ocean my heart warmed when I saw him. Once I saw his eyes and the way he was looking at me I knew…
He was the balance I always needed
…And she was mine.

Ask me again tomorrow?
What happens when a photographer set to live in the dark meets the doctor that lives in the light? What happens when our world collide?
What are the reviews saying?
“All I Ask is a beautifully written story of two people finding love but not without obstacles in the way. Luckily this is exactly what I found in this story. There is a good storyline and it kept me hooked from page one.
Devon and Ian are two very different people. She’s a photograph and he’s a doctor. They’ve had very different childhoods and lead very different lives. I found myself wanting to shake Devon at times, not believing she couldn’t see the obvious; she was totally oblivious so things around her. As for Ian, well I wanted to sit down and cry with him. I loved both these characters very much and the author writes well, keeping the reader intrigued.
I cannot think of a way to tell you the basis of the story without giving away anything, so I won’t, but this is such a brilliant read. I have never read from this author before but I will be reading more from her now.
This is an amazing read, full of twists and turn, which I suggest you one-click it now!”

“I was always told never to wish on the first star at night. If everyone wishes on one star, how will the star keep up? A star with too many wishes will just fall out of the sky. Rain drops are plentiful, and there are thousands. They wash away the filth and carry it to a better place. So when you make a wish, wish on the water and let it carry your problems away.”
